Daniel Myer is a passionate, committed follower of Jesus Christ. He is an overwhelmingly happy husband to a beautiful wife, Gayla. He is a devoted father of three great children, Nathan, Brooke and Madeline. His highest honor is to communicate the life giving word of God found in the Bible through creative, compelling and compassionate ways. His heart is to help others to know Jesus and realize their potential and purpose.
He began in ministry in his teens, preaching and teaching in his Dad’s church in Leesburg FL, then served at Youth Pastor in Oxford, FL. From 1999 to 2007, he served as Youth Pastor, then Associate Pastor as First Pentecostal Church in Slidell, LA.
In October of 2007, him and his family moved to Chicago, IL to start Healing Place Church. They launched on Easter of 2008 at Bolingbrook High School with 150 in attendance. Dan and his wife, Gayla, are passionate about serving God and others. Their life’s journey has led them to devote their lives to planting new churches and sharing God’s love.
